Returns & Exchanges
A Bathing Ape accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and packaging intact within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and hygiene-sensitive items are considered final sale.
Initiate Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Package Items
Place the items in their original BAPE dust bags and packaging, ensuring the invoice is included inside the box to prevent processing delays.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality assurance team confirms the items meet our resale standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
